Every summer in Santa Barbara, over five hundred pre- and post-kindergarten children prepare for the school year by participating in Safety Town, a safety education program that has served children of Santa Barbara County since 1975. During each five-day session, students learn and practice the essential safety skills they will need in their daily activities at school, at home, and in their community.

Safety Town continues to offer its safety education programs for generations of young children.
